We scheduled the appointment for the next day, and he was able to accommodate my schedule. We went over our list of items, and Sam gave us suggestions that would benefit our apartment and help us save on our budget. The meeting went very well, and I felt comfortable with how he responded to a LOT of my questions. Within the next day or so, he gave us a quote with EXACTLY everything we asked for so there was no miscommunication moving forward. My fiancé and I were very pleased with the detail-oriented quote and timeliness. After reviewing all of our options, we felt like Primecraft’s proposal was very fair considering the quality of work we saw in other reviewers’ pictures. Sam gave us a 10–12 day window to complete the project, and he and his team met that deadline. Throughout the process, there was constant communication between Sam and me. He answered any and every question I had. His team was very polite, professional, and clean. Sam always went out of his way to keep us up to date and let us know if there were any setbacks. I even asked him to run a water hose across the kitchen (not part of the contract), and he did it for me no questions asked. They did excellent work on a remodeling/reconstruction job at my house in Brooklyn. I had originally hired them to remodel 3 bathrooms, and then I had a pipe break (winter related).
