Our 5-step Construction Process

Step 1
Discovery Call

Every successful remodel starts with a conversation. During this free phone consultation, we’ll:

  • Discuss your goals, vision, and must-haves for your remodel.
  • Talk about your budget range and timeline.
  • Answer any initial questions about the process and next steps.

This helps us determine how to proceed with your project and whether an in-home consultation is the right next step.

Step 2
Site Walk & Design Proposal

A. Next, we visit your home to see the space in person, take measurements, and discuss your ideas in greater detail. During this meeting, we'll:

  1. Assess the layout and explore potential design solutions.
  2. Discuss material and finish preferences.
  3. Provide insight into feasibility, estimated costs, and project scope.

B. After the site visit, we'll create a pre-construction proposal, outlining what your remodel will entail and an estimated investment range.

Step 3
Pre-Construction

A. A deposit will be required to secure our team for your project. This fee ensures that every detail is planned meticulously and includes:

  1. Construction Plan Set – A comprehensive, permit-ready plan to guide the project from start to finish.
  2. Materials Selection List – A curated list of all fixtures, finishes, and materials, ensuring everything is chosen and ready for ordering before construction begins.
  3. 3D Renderings – A detailed visual representation of your new space so you can envision the final result.

B. This phase is crucial for eliminating surprises and making sure we align every detail with your vision before we begin construction.

Step 4
Construction

A. Now, the transformation begins! Our experienced craftsmen get to work while maintaining a clean and organized job site. Throughout construction, we prioritize:

  1. Regular Communication – You'll receive consistent updates so you always know what's happening next.
  2. Professionalism & Respect – We treat your home with care and minimize disruptions to your daily life.
  3. Quality Workmanship – Our team ensures every detail is executed to the highest standard.

B. We handle everything from demolition to final touches, ensuring your remodel is completed efficiently and to your exact specifications.

Step 5
Warranty

A. We stand behind our work with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty, giving you peace of mind that your remodel is built to last.

B. A full year after completion, we schedule a warranty walkthrough to check in and ensure everything continues to meet your expectations. If any warranty-related adjustments are needed, we’ll take care of them promptly.
